Nozoly Receives Two Awards for Innovative Hajj Services and Products

Nozoly, a leading provider of Hajj services and products for pilgrims, has been awarded two prizes for innovative initiatives for Hajj pilgrims during the annual Creativity Forum 2024, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The forum showcased the most innovative ideas contributing to the development of Hajj and Umrah services. The initiatives Nozoly was recognized for were the first-ever implementation of airplane seat module in Hajj and the Adahi packaging project which aims to preserve meat for 2 years. The awards were presented by His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, to Mr. Jameel Bondagji, the owner and founder of Nozoly. 

Nozoly collaborated with the leading aircraft seat design company, JPA Design, to provide six diverse seat models of various sizes and dimensions to cater to different segments of pilgrims. The seats feature large armrests, movable dining tables, cup holders, foldable screens, USB ports, charging outlets, and flexible lighting systems, ensuring a luxurious experience. They can also transform into fully reclining beds with a privacy curtain, providing pilgrims with utmost comfort and privacy. The airplane seat modules be provided to pilgrims at Nozoly sites in Mina during this year's Hajj season.

Additionally, Nozoly introduced Adahi projects, an innovative packaging solution for preserving meat. It allows meat to be well-preserved for up to two years while maintaining food safety standards. The packaging is also biodegradable and has zero environmental impact. 

Mr. Jameel Bondagji stated, "Nozoly has always been committed to innovation in its service and product offerings given our forty years of experience in serving pilgrims. We are continuously discussing ways to enhance the pilgrims guests and provide them with feasible and effective solutions. And bringing the airplane seat concept on ground is one of them. This innovation not only addresses the space constraints in Mina, but also ensures privacy and comfort. We are excited to provide 100 seats for the upcoming Hajj season 2024, with plans for expansion and enhancement of the seats’ features in future seasons".

The annual Creativity Forum 2024 aims to improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.It also seeks to promote synergy and collaboration between the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and Hajj and Umrah companies, fostering a spirit of achievement to elevate the service provided to pilgrims. Furthermore, the forum highlights successful creative and pioneering models in the field of Hajj and Umrah services.
